OUTLET MALL FOUNTAIN

There's an outlet mall just one exit off the freeway from us. They have this tremendous fountain there. It shoots water up into the air from holes in the ground. They built it for the kids. I took my nephew for the afternoon and got this shot (and a couple hundred others).

Our Pastor's last name is: Snelling. My sister and I live 8 hours apart. When we go for a visit we have to drive through a town named "Snelling". It's such a pretty little place. On our last pass through my son asked us to pull over. He wanted to get something from Snelling for our Pastor. He picked out this rock. It now sits on our Pastor's desk as a paper weight.

Today's prompt made me smile when I was typing in the title. When I was growing up, and lived at home with my parents, my dad would come home from work and be so tired. The first thing he'd say was, "Tea". He wanted you to fix him a glass of iced tea. So this one's for my dad today! Love you Dad!

My son is growing and is always coming up to us to measure his hand against ours. He's outgrown mine so I don't get this too much anymore. But he still does this to my husband quite a bit. He's just about caught him too don't you think?

TIRED

This is Chief Forest Eagle. Chief walks two-miles every Tuesday morning to come volunteer at the church. He vacuums and cleans. He said the Lord told him to do it as a labor of love. He's so faithful to be here every Tuesday. He'll be 60 years old next month. When I asked if I could take his picture he said he wasn't really tired, but he had worked hard. That's probably the best "tired" I know of. Bless the Chief.

This company started as a little deli in La Jolla. They made their own bread, fresh, daily. It's sooooo yummy! They've started packaging it - and you can now buy it in the grocery store.
